I have researched on the Internet, but there are many to choose from.
I've heard that Brown is good, but many of those I do not know what are the best.

Brown is the best. I have the Silk Epil Xella. Really look at the prices on them .... Price increases will probably be a little better than the lowest price. Probably wouldnt be the absolute lowest prices to beat, but probably do not need, buy the most expensive either.
How do for ingrown hairs, which Epilator nothing for him. Epilator peeling at all. It is the only team to them.
