Go with your helmet, as if there is no law that says that you are using. To convey meaning, a helmet, because you want to use it. You do not need a law that says you do well. The helmet is what to do.
Oh, that's as illegal to the questions here are 12 years and came to this.
New Zealand is the only country with the exception of Australia with a mandatory system for all citizens of the former law, (even if adults are using helmet except the Northern Territory of Australia). The Act came into force in New Zealand in 1994.
