I assume the capacitor 2 microfarads and 2 Megafarads is really great. To charge the 63%, which is a time constant. R x C, or 0.1 seconds. The capacitor reaches full charge after periods of time 5
If achieved, it actually 2 Megafarads then 3170 years to 63% of capacity!
